Refund Policy
Effective and last updated: October 19, 2026
These policies describe how GhostRoute provides access to third-party AI models, handles prepaid usage and processes information. Questions and requests are handled privately inside your workspace.
Refund Policy
1. Unused paid credit
You may request a refund of unused, confirmed paid credit within 14 calendar days of the corresponding top-up. We review the payment record, available balance and any pending requests before confirming an amount. Usage already delivered, previous refunds and unresolved holds are excluded from the available amount. Promotional, complimentary and operator test credit has no cash refund value.
2. Billing errors and failed delivery
Duplicate charges, unauthorized transactions, incorrect metering and material service failures can be raised as billing requests. An established billing error will be corrected by releasing a hold, restoring credit or issuing an appropriate refund. The 14-day voluntary window does not limit mandatory remedies under applicable law.
3. Completed usage and disputed holds
Completed, correctly metered usage is normally not refundable merely because an output was unexpected or a different model was preferred. This does not exclude remedies for a defective service where required by law. Uncertain requests are investigated before the held amount is treated as refundable or charged.
4. How to request a refund
Open Requests in the workspace that holds the balance, choose Refund and select the confirmed payment. State the amount requested, reason and a USDT TRC20 return address you control. For an uncredited or pending payment, choose Billing instead. Keep the request ID and return to the same conversation for replies. We may request transaction references and additional evidence of ownership; never send access keys or recovery phrases.
5. Review and payment
Submitting a request does not itself send a refund, freeze your balance or cancel a generation. The refundable balance is checked again before processing. If you continue using credit, the amount available for refund may decrease. Refund approval, the amount, any proposed network-fee deduction and the return address are recorded in your private request before transfer. Any deduction requires your agreement and must be permitted by applicable law.
Approved refunds are returned in USDT on TRON (TRC20), unless another arrangement is required by law or expressly agreed. Blockchain settlement can take time. A request marked answered or closed is not proof of transfer; the completed payment should include a transaction reference. We do not guarantee recovery of assets sent using the wrong network or to an incorrect address, but you can request an investigation.
6. Fair review
Requests may be investigated for fraud or misuse, and an unsafe return address can require further verification. A restriction on access does not automatically forfeit an otherwise valid refund. Nothing in this policy removes non-waivable consumer rights.
